Apple cider vinegar diet:

Apple cider vinegar tastes nasty so we are warning you in advance.

Because of the unpleasant taste of vinegar, we suggest to mix one tablespoon apple cider vinegar into a glass of warm apple juice or mix it in warm water with one tablespoon of flower honey.

At the drug stores tablets are sold but liquid way is better and faster than tablets.

You should drink it 3 times a day before breakfast, lunch and dinner.

You should also go for walk everyday if gym is hard for you. Also don't forget to eat your fruits and veggies.
